Tuna & Capsicum Spaghetti

Here i want to share a recipe>>>Tuna & Capsicum spaghetti

i cooked it today for my lunch~

Here is the ingredients(for 2 pax)

-140g of spaghetti

-25g of butter/olive oil

-half onion(chopped)
-2 cloves of garlic(chopped finely)

-200g of green,red&yellow capsicum peppers(diced)

-a can of tuna flakes(Ayamas tuna in water)

-Salt & blackpepper to taste

-some mixed herbs to garnish

Method
1.)Boil the spaghetti in a large pan of salted water till firm to bite

2.)Melt the butter in a pan,fry the chopped onions&garlic until soft

3.)Add in the capsicum peppers and tuna flakes,mix it well,add in the blackpepper

4.)Add in the spaghetti&some salt(actually add in quite a lot of salt),then mix well

5.)Put some blackpepper & mixed herbs to garnish the dish and serve~
Easy right?
